It is your responsibility to keep your appointments, inform us of your past illnesses, medication, hospital admissions and any other relevant details. We operate a zero tolerance policy regarding threatening and abusive behaviour to GP’s or staff.
Any patient using or threatening violent or abusive behaviour will be reported to the police and will be removed from our Practice list.
