We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take very seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour towards staff or other patients.
This surgery operates a zero tolerance policy regarding threatening and abusive behaviour to any of our staff.
Any patient using or threatening violent or abusive behaviour will be reported to the police and will be removed from our Practice list.
