Appointments

All of our surgeries are run by appointment only.
We offer same day appointments Monday – Friday which are booked from 8.30am by telephone or in person from 8am. There are limited pre-bookable appointments for Doctors that can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance (in times of extreme demand this may be suspended). We can offer face to face, telephone and video consultations.

The Doctors at the practice work as a medical team, so you are free to see any doctor, we would however encourage you to see the same doctor consistently where possible.

Our Practice Nurse team offer pre-bookable appointments up to 4 weeks in advance.

We also have doctor and nurse appointments available to book in advance at our Extended Access Hub which is based at Richmond Road Medical Practice 179 Richmond Road, Solihull B92 7SA  .  These are pre-bookable and are available for evening, weekend and early morning times for both in-person and telephone consultations.

To support our GPs, other skilled professionals are working along side them and you may be offered an appointment with someone other than the GP.  Our staff are trained to direct you to the most appropriate clinician. To find out more about our team  read more
